It's always fun sitting in a programmer cube farm...when the power blinks...just for a second...so that everyone's machines reboot and they've lost any unsaved work.
Over across the street from your office -- the glitch didn't manage to reboot most of our computers, but it blinked enough monitors and whatnot that the EMI rebooted a number of our test cellphones (GSM phones and the horizontal flyback transformers of monitors use nearly the same frequency, and often interefere with one another). So to a first approximation, the power glitch reset all and only the devices that were not plugged in to any power.
