Okay, that movie really was just that bad. At least it was free. There was a lot of the "shut up and die already" nature in there. There was just...nothing compelling in there, and no action scenes that you hadn't seen to death already in the first two movies. The very-high-level plot at least makes sense. Various people's abilities still don't.
Meanwhile, the "7:00" movie started with paid slides at 7:15 (after showing the 5-year-old "times are changing...for the better!" slide several times), after doors opened at 6:45 sans refreshments subdirector. Credits started at 9:30, when they should have been opening for the 10:00 show. One missed reel change. No fogey slide for me, very sad.
