Games I'm Not Any Good At

Challenge poker.
Everybody antes. Dealer deals two cards to each player. Players go around in turn and either pass or claim the pot. If somebody claims, each player has the opportunity to challenge the current claimant. A challenge is a side bet for the current amount of the pot. If somebody claims and isn't challenged, they take the pot and the game ends. Otherwise, everybody antes again and gets dealt up to a five-card hand. Repeat the claim/challenge procedure. If the game continues, discard hands and start from the beginning with a fresh deck.
I think I lost $10 at this, being otherwise even for the rest of the night at the annual Dave poker game. Grr.
