In California around Christmas

I won the airline lottery this morning! So now I will in fact be in the Bay Area for Christmas, and back in Boston for New Year's. Anybody out there want to get together? Any San Franciscoey things I either haven't done or should do again? (Should try to make it up to Point Reyes, weather permitting; not terribly motivated by the Sausalito Cetacean Institute, erm, Monterey Bay Aquarium, even if there is that yummy breakfast place right around the corner from it; want to hit giant hobby shop in Campbell and make pilgrimage to Fry's; should visit friends in 95120.)
