Ah, that's because our old street didn't end, it was just, um, interrupted. It continues with the same name on the other side. A couple other streets there have the same problem.
But yeah, I've walked a bunch back there and it's all residential over the hill down to Rt 3, except the Winchester Country Club, which is mostly in Arlington, despite the name.
The furthest point out in that loop is about where the bus takes a left from Washington (though I think Washington becomes something else at that point) to Forest. At that point you are just a hop, skip, and a jump from Winchester.
