Some job angst resolved

Since job angst seems to be continuing to go around...I finally found an internal page that lists out all of the different grades of "software engineer", and what their expectations and responsibilities are, and how many of them there are. My conclusion from reading through that is that my actual activities do match up pretty well with my current job title; I'm probably not expecting to be promoted imminently, but I also don't have a more impressive title than what I really do. Now, if I can convince myself that doing the natural thing for this upcoming project is fine, and I shouldn't let myself be intimidated by abstractly describing the project and my role and it sounding big.
