Right in between, 8:20 (leaving pretty promptly at 8 AM, arriving back around 4:20). I was reasonably efficient with the documented rest stops (I remember lying on the ground for about half an hour at the last Seacoast stop) but wound up stopping more or less every 10 miles between stops too.
