The past 14 hours

Around midnight, decided I wasn't going to successfully figure out the relationship of one variable to another in the 6.341 project, where none of the class material (either textbook or handouts) actually defines one of the variables. Around 1 AM, went to sleep. Nothing particularly interesting happened until I went to class around 11, turned in the project, and sat down. At that point, realized that I didn't have the energy to copy every single thing off the blackboard, particularly when important equations were being written in the shadow of the board above, and that lecture would in fact be entirely useless to me. Finished reading Counterpoint, gave up, went to SIPB, scanned pictures, had lunch, came back to lab just late enough to miss my 1:30 meeting (no great loss, I think the person is talking to someone else and I just get to go later) and realize that I left my jacket in lecture. Sigh.
